You have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Important Points About Our Return Policy
- No Returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Sizes are published in the product description.
- Replacements will only be issued after inspection.
- Unboxing Video is required to initiate a return.
- No refunds or replacements for products ordered by mistake or for different products mistakenly ordered.
1-Day Replacement Policy Applies to the Following Cases:
- Wrong Item Received: Must be verified via an unboxing video.
- Defective or Damaged Item: Must be verified via an unboxing video.
Cases Not Eligible Under Our 1-Day Replacement Policy:
- Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.
- Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
- Any item not in its original condition.
NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS SOLD
Replacement Eligibility:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.
- Our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer. The decision of our team is final.
Return Fees and Conditions:
- For prepaid orders: If the customer is unavailable or delivery is unsuccessful, refunds will be issued to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.
- We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.
- Requests made after the 1-day return policy has lapsed will not be catered to by Indi-Jaap.
- All payments done of 99/- is non refundable.
Approved Returns:
- Approved returns will only be credited to your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for use on Indi-Jaap within 7 working days. No refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or bank accounts.
Starting a Return/Replacement:
- Enter your order number and phone/email here: Start Return or Exchange
- You will be given an option to return your item.
- Include your order number, photos, and videos of the damaged product, and any comments.
- If your order is eligible for a return, we will initiate a return courier request.
- Once the product is returned and inspected, if eligible, the amount will be credited to your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for your next order.
If a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your pin code, you need to courier the product back to us. We will issue the replacement once the product is delivered to us and inspected.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned or replaced.
- We do not issue refunds for our Premium range products, but we offer a free 6-month replacement on our Premium range. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
